Thank you for shopping with Shop Fruitful Co.! We’re a small, independently owned boutique, and every order is packaged with care. Please review the details below for fulfillment times, shipping options, and important information on carrier responsibility.
1) Order Processing Time
Orders are carefully prepared and fulfilled within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) once payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During sales or busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll always do our best to ship promptly while maintaining accuracy and quality.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2) U.S. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days from the date your order ships.

Free Shipping Threshold: Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders $100+ (after discounts, before taxes & shipping).

Orders under $100: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Expedited/Express Options: Available upon request. Customers are responsible for the full cost of expedited shipping—please contact us prior to purchase to arrange.

3) International Shipping
At this time, Shop Fruitful Co. does not offer international shipping. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
4) Shipping Costs

U.S. orders $100+: Free standard shipping

U.S. orders under $100: Carrier rates apply at checkout

All shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped
5) Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.

If you haven’t received tracking details after this time, reach out to us and we’ll gladly assist.
6) Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information during checkout.

Shop Fruitful Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll notify you—but reshipment fees are the responsibility of the customer.
7) Lost or Damaged Packages (Carrier Responsibility)
We truly wish we could hand-deliver every package, but once your order is scanned by the shipping carrier, it is officially in their care.
Shop Fruitful Co. cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If this happens:

File a claim with the carrier directly (each carrier has its own deadlines).

Keep all packaging and damaged items (for carrier inspections).

Track your shipment regularly and contact the carrier immediately if issues arise.

Contact us if you need help with documentation—we’ll support you by providing any info the carrier requires.
⚠️ Please note: Refunds or replacements cannot be issued by us for carrier-related issues. Claims must be resolved through the carrier.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless covered by optional return protection at checkout).
